Questions beginners ask

Do I need any experience?

No. Every program is open to complete beginners. You’ll start with the basics: how to stand, move and protect yourself.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Fitness is something you build here, not something you need to walk in with. Tell us your starting point when you enquire.

Can I train for fitness without fighting?

Yes. Strength & gym and Fitness stand on their own. Plenty of people train for strength, health and confidence and never compete.

Can my child train here?

Yes. There is a dedicated Kids Martial Arts membership. Choose the Kids Martial Arts plan when you buy.

What does membership cost?

Martial arts plans start at ₦20,000 a month for kids and ₦25,000 for adults. Gym membership starts at ₦12,500 for two weeks. Your first payment is all it takes to join, with no separate joining fee, and families get up to 20% off. See every plan under Membership plans.
